Vanguard Skills Academy is a skills training institute based at Main Bazar Nawagai, Buner, KPK, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us through this website.

We only collect information you type into a form yourself. We do not buy personal data from anyone else.

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and the subject and message you write to us.
• Admission form: your name, father's name, date of birth, gender, CNIC number, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email address, home address, educational qualification, emergency contact number, and any photo or supporting documents you upload.
• Newsletter: your email address only.

Admission forms ask for more detail than the other forms because we need it to enrol you, verify your identity, and issue your certificate. Every field beyond your name and phone number is optional at the point of applying.

We use what you send us to:

• reply to your enquiry or call you back about a course;
• process your admission application and keep your student record;
• issue and verify your course certificate;
• send you academy news and course updates, if you subscribed to our newsletter.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with other organisations for their own marketing. Your details are seen only by Vanguard Skills Academy staff who need them to do the work described above.

Contact enquiries are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Admission and student records are kept for as long as you are enrolled and afterwards, so that we can verify certificates we have issued. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to remove you.

Your information is stored on our own systems, protected by password-controlled admin access. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe and to limit who can see it.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it for your student or certificate record;
• stop sending you newsletters.
